Tasting notes

Citrus and honeysuckle on the nose. Lean minerality with citrus and green apple on the palate. Finishes crisp with lingering acidity.

Winemaking notes. Fermented with commercial yeast, with no malolactic fermentation to preserve freshness and acidity. Aged 9 months in stainless steel. Manually filtered prior to bottling.

Vintage notes. The 2025 season brought steady early growth followed by warm, dry, near-drought conditions, which lowered yields but produced quality fruit.
