Tasting notes
This Bordeaux blend offers dark red and black fruits layered with cocoa and subtle toasted oak. Smooth, balanced tannins and lively acidity shape a lingering finish. An approachable, food-friendly blend that showcases the estate's style and craftsmanship.
Winemaking notes. Each varietal fermented separately in small bins before completing malolactic fermentation in French oak. The final Cabernet Franc-dominant blend, with supporting Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot, aged about 12 months in French oak barrels.
Vintage notes. The growing season unfolded with steady warmth and balanced conditions from bud break through harvest. Well-drained, stony loam soils supported even ripening across all three varietals, producing clean, concentrated fruit ideal for a smooth, expressive estate-grown red.
