Tasting notes
Fresh and inviting aromas of lychee, mandarin orange, and white pear lead to juicy, ripe stone fruit and green apple on the palate. Aromatic and refreshing with a clean finish.
Winemaking notes. Whole cluster pressed and fermented in stainless steel, with no skin maceration and no malolactic fermentation. Aged in stainless steel to preserve aromatic lift and freshness, then sterile filtered prior to bottling. Cana has partnered with grower Greenstone for more than ten years.
Vintage notes. The 2025 season brought a third drought year in a row, producing smaller yields with concentrated flavor and powerful aromatics.
Accolades. Double Gold, 96 points, 2026 International Women’s Wine Competition.
