Grüner Veltliner 2025

Produced by Cana Vineyards & Winery · Middleburg, Virginia

Tasting notes

The nose opens with fresh white grapefruit, lime, and a light herbal note with pronounced stony minerality. The palate is dry and medium-bodied, with bright, electric acidity and crisp lime, mineral, and pepper notes. A delicious pairing with fresh, herb-driven seafood and vegetable dishes.

Winemaking notes. Whole cluster pressed and fermented in stainless steel, with no skin maceration and no malolactic fermentation. Aged in stainless steel to preserve minerality and cut, then sterile filtered prior to bottling.

Vintage notes. The 2025 season brought a third drought year in a row, producing smaller yields with concentrated flavor and powerful aromatics.

Accolades. Double Gold, 96 points, 2026 International Women’s Wine Competition.
