Tasting notes

Highly aromatic and layered, showing sea-salt minerality, mandarin citrus, and light herbal notes on the nose. The palate reveals juicy nectarine and ripe strawberry with an ethereal, elegant texture. Delicate and refined.

Winemaking notes. Direct-pressed with no maceration and cold-fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness and aromatics. The wine rested three months in tank before bottling, with a restrained, minimal-intervention approach. Sterile filtration ensured clarity and stability without compromising texture.

Vintage notes. The 2024 season delivered a second year of dry conditions, resulting in exceptionally clean fruit with concentrated flavor and natural acidity. Smaller yields enhanced balance, providing ideal Cabernet Sauvignon for a fresh, aromatic rosé.
