Tasting notes

Highly aromatic and layered, showing sea-salt minerality, mandarin citrus, and light herbal notes on the nose. The palate reveals juicy nectarine and ripe strawberry with an ethereal, elegant texture. Delicate and refined.

Winemaking notes. Direct-pressed with no maceration and cold-fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness and aromatics. The wine rested three months in tank before bottling, with a restrained, minimal-intervention approach. Sterile filtration ensured clarity and stability without compromising texture.

Vintage notes. The 2025 season delivered another year of dry conditions, resulting in exceptionally clean fruit with concentrated flavor and natural acidity. Smaller yields enhanced balance, providing ideal Cabernet Sauvignon for a fresh, aromatic rosé.
