Tasting notes

A pale rosé from Cabernet Franc. Orchard fruit and berry notes lead into a herbaceous, pepper-tinged finish. One of Endhardt's most distinctive offerings.

Winemaking notes. Cabernet Franc was pressed gently with no skin contact to maintain a pale hue. Fermented two weeks in temperature-controlled stainless steel, the wine rested six months in tank to retain freshness before bottling. No malolactic fermentation.

Vintage notes. The 2023 season offered moderate early rainfall followed by a warm, dry stretch through harvest. The cooler Lower Block added delicate aromatics, while the Upper Block contributed concentration and subtle herbal notes.
