Tasting notes

Reverie White shows orange blossom and tropical fruit aromas with lively acidity and a clean, refreshing finish. A bright, easy-drinking style that reflects Endhardt's commitment to crafting expressive white blends with strong varietal character.

Winemaking notes. Each varietal fermented separately for two weeks in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with commercial yeast. The wine was then blended and aged in tank for six months before bottling.

Vintage notes. The 2022 growing season featured a balanced spring and dry, warm late summer, ideal for all three varietals. The estate's varied microclimates supported vibrant acidity and clean aromatics, producing fruit with excellent freshness and ripeness.
