Tasting notes

Aromas of plum, currant, fig, and baking spice. Flavors of blackberry jam and dark fruit are complemented by old-fashioned citrus notes with a touch of orange zest, leading into a lingering finish with hints of white pepper and a plush texture.

Winemaking notes. A six-variety red blend built in near-equal parts: 18% Zinfandel, 17% Merlot, 17% Petite Sirah, 16% Petit Verdot, 16% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 16% Cabernet Franc. Aged 20 months in French oak and bottled unfiltered, keeping its texture and depth of color intact.
