Fabbioli Cellars

Founded by Doug Fabbioli, one of the foundational figures of the modern Loudoun wine scene, Fabbioli Cellars is as much a teaching farm as it is a winery.

The story

Tannat country and a raspberry chaser

Doug Fabbioli is one of the architects of the modern Loudoun wine scene. With a deep agricultural background and decades of work in Virginia, he has built Fabbioli Cellars on Limestone School Road in Leesburg into a working farm winery that also serves as a mentorship platform, training the next generation of Loudoun growers and winemakers through ongoing educational initiatives.

Style & portfolio

The portfolio spans classic Virginia varieties and blends, all grounded in deep agricultural practice. Fabbioli wines have collected multiple Gold medals at the Virginia Governor’s Cup and earned Governor’s Case selections (the top 12 wines in the state).
