Tasting notes

Aromas of honeysuckle, sweet apple, and vanilla open the wine. The palate offers honeycomb and crisp apple with a gentle touch of spice. Slightly off-dry and well balanced; the acidity carries through to a smooth, clean finish that makes this an exceptionally versatile white wine.

Winemaking notes. A signature blend of Vidal Blanc, Petit Manseng, and Vermentino, fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel for eight months. The varietal composition shifts slightly each year, selected to highlight freshness and balance while preserving the wine's hallmark aromatic lift and soft texture.

Vintage notes. The 2023 vintage (used for this release) delivered vibrant white fruit with naturally bright acidity, ideal for crafting a refreshing yet expressive white blend. Careful fruit selection allowed each component to contribute freshness, aromatics, and balance.
