Tasting notes

Peach and melon aromatics lead into a palate of pineapple, apricot, and vibrant citrus. Bright acidity balances richness, creating a clean, refreshing finish. A dry Petit Manseng showcasing both concentration and finesse from the 2023 vintage.

Winemaking notes. Fermented and aged sur lie for six months in stainless steel; the wine retains freshness and purity while gaining subtle texture from lees contact. Fermented dry to showcase the varietal's signature acidity, tropical fruit character, and clean finish.

Vintage notes. Moderate spring and early-summer rainfall supported canopy development before a hot, dry period carried through harvest. These conditions concentrated Petit Manseng's natural intensity, producing fruit with vibrant acidity, tropical aromatics, and balanced ripeness.
