Tasting notes

Medium-bodied and smooth, the wine opens with plum and cherry layered over subtle spice. Soft tannins and lively acidity create a harmonious finish. A blend that highlights Good Spirit Farm's growing strength in Bordeaux-style reds.

Winemaking notes. Aged 18 months in French oak, split evenly between new and neutral barrels. This aging refined tannins, added spice and texture, and preserved the varietals' bright red-fruit character.

Vintage notes. Spring rainfall supported healthy vine growth, while warm, dry late-summer conditions allowed Cabernet Franc and Merlot to ripen fully. Generous yields and clean, concentrated fruit with balanced acidity.
